TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2025 JETOUR DREAM RAFFLE

1. Promoter

   The promoter of this raffle is Reach For A Dream Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation (NPO) committed to fulfilling the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses in South Africa.

2. Raffle Prize

   The prize is one brand-new Jetour X70 Momentum motor vehicle. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The vehicle will be handed over in the condition supplied by the authorised dealership. The sponsors of the prize are Jetour. The prize does not include maintenance and warranty. All registration fees to register and licence the vehicle need to be paid by the winner.

3. Ticket Price and Purpose

   Each raffle ticket costs R200 (Two Hundred Rand). All proceeds from ticket sales will be used to support the charitable work of Reach For A Dream Foundation, particularly in fulfilling the dreams of children diagnosed with life- threatening illnesses. There are only 10 000 tickets for sale.

4. Eligibility

   The raffle is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older. Employees, board members, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) of Reach For A Dream Foundation are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and identity and ticket with ticket number may be required to claim the prize.

5. Raffle Draw

   The winner will be drawn on 15 December 2025 at 12:00 (midday) at a public or independently audited event to ensure fairness and transparency. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. LSG Intergrated auditors will oversee the counting of the tickets, their validity and be present at the draw.

   If all raffle tickets are sold before 15 December 2025, the draw will take place two weeks after the final ticket has been sold. The revised draw date will be communicated via Reach For A Dream’s official website and social media channels.

6. Notification of Winner

   The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the raffle entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 (seven) days after the draw, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be given back to the sponsor.

7. Delivery of the Prize

   The vehicle will be collected from one of the Jetour dealerships at a mutually agreed time and location within South Africa. All reasonable delivery arrangements will be made by Reach For A Dream. The winner will be responsible for licensing, registration, and insurance of the vehicle post-handover.

8. Right to Publicity

   By entering the raffle, the winner agrees to participate in publicity related to
   the draw, including the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for
   promotional and fundraising purposes, without compensation.

General

• The decision of Reach For A Dream Foundation regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and binding.
• Reach For A Dream reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to approval from the relevant regulatory authorities if applicable.
• The raffle will be conducted in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing promotional competitions in South Africa, including the Lotteries Act and regulations issued by the National Lotteries Commission.
