- This competition is organised by Reach For A Dream Foundation (RFAD) and will run from 1 st
September 2022 to 15th December 2022 (“the competition”). - Payment of the ticket price of R200.00 can be made either by credit card or cash/eft. In the event
that the purchase is returned unpaid by your bank for whatever reason, this ticket shall
automatically become null and void. - This competition is open to South African residents only and participants must be in possession of
a valid identity document and a valid driver’s licence and participants must be aged 18 (eighteen)
years or over. - Participants may enter as many times as they wish.
- The proceeds of this raffle as determined by independent public auditors shall be donated to the
Reach For A Dream Foundation. - All tickets are sold through the on-line raffle purchase site at www.dreamraffle.co.za, you will
receive virtual ticket/s as confirmation of your purchase. - A maximum of 10 000 tickets will be sold with a minimum sale of 5000 tickets needed to proceed
with the raffle draw. In the event that ticket sales do not reach the required minimum, Reach For A
Dream will adhere to the Lottery Act for rules and regulations pertaining to the raffle. - The draw will take place in the presence of Reach for a Dream management and their auditors on
the 15th December 2022 and will be streamed live on Facebook. The winner shall be notified
telephonically and in writing. The results will also be notified in writing to all the ticket holders. The
decision of the organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into. - All financial administration with regard to this raffle is subject to audit by independent public
auditors. - Participants stand a chance to win:
A) HAVAL JOLION PREMIUM 2022
– Prize includes R 24 000 worth of fuel vouchers and valid for 12 months. – Prize value of R 410 000.
The value of the Prize excludes Licence and Registration fees which is for the winner’s own account.
B) Dream holiday including two return flights to Mauritius, full board accommodation. (Please note
that airport taxes and transfers are not included) – Prize value R 120 000
C) PlayStation 5 – Prize value R 15 000 - Prizes cannot be transferred for cash
- Prizes are Non transferable
- Participants are only eligible to win 1 (one) prize in the competition.
- The HAVAL Prize winner will be required to attend to the registration of the motor vehicles at
their own cost. Prize winner will be given contact of dealership directly to handle - The HAVAL Prize winners will be responsible for insuring the motor vehicle
- The HAVAL Prize winners will be responsible for picking up the motor vehicle from the dealership
directly. - Dream Holiday winner will be responsible to claim prize within 12 months or prize becomes null
n void. - Entry is not open to (i) any director, member, partner, employee, agent of, consultant to, lessee
of, sub-lessee of, (employee of such lessee/sub-lessee), or anyone associated with or affiliated to
REACH FOR A DREAM via any direct/indirect brand affiliation or otherwise, and (ii) such prohibition
extends to any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of
such persons listed in (i). - By entering the competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which
will be interpreted by RFAD, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. RFAD
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and any prizes (which
have not been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, or the terms and condition at any time, and
for any reason, with or without notice and without any liability. In the event of such termination, all
entrants hereby immediately agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition
and acknowledge that they have no recourse against RFAD, its agents and/or promoters. - Entries, which are duplicated, which are unclear, illegible, are submitted via an incorrect entry
mechanism or contain errors or are from disqualified persons, will be declared invalid. Any technical
failures that leads to any competition entry being invalid or not received will not be RFAD liability,
and RFAD cannot be held responsible for technical errors. - The winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming the prize.
RFAD may collect, store and use (but not share) any personal information of entrants for
communication or statistical purposes. The duration of the competition may also be extended or
curtailed at the sole discretion of RFAD. - All participants are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the
website and of participant’s mobile network service provider. - RFAD are not liable for any defect in the prizes. All ancillary costs, including but not limited to
transport, meals, personal and incidental expenses, insurance, government taxes or other fees
applicable, are the responsibility of the winners and/or participants. - Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the winners accept the
prizes at his/her own risk and RFAD will not be liable for any costs incurred by a winner in claiming
their prize. RFAD cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced
as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising prizes won. - Prizes represented by the images in the artwork is for presentation only, the actual prize may
differ from that of the image shown herewith. - No cash or other alternatives in whole or part substitution of the specified prizes will be offered
and the prizes are non-transferable. - By entering this competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions herein.
